Curious, I would expect that behavior if the font doesn't exist on the
receiving system. Try:
* removing the spaces?
* "Times New Romano CE,Symbol"
...and see if it gives you Symbol instead of the default or
TNR-CE.
At least that would allow you to troubleshoot if it was the spaces or the
single-wordness that is its problem.

Your spelling is a little strange, but given what you're describing is half
jargon anyway, your English is fine.
