It is strange that this whole tired thread has gone on for so
long. When I first heard the "Web Master" moniker I thought
it was a mildly stupid term. It is not descriptive, and is
a bit mystical. How about Web Manager, or Web Director.
"Master"? Most people outside of the discipline have similar
reactions. Want someone to have no respect for what you do?
then come up with a dumb name for it. How about "Web grand poo pa, El presidente"
Word to the insecure (you know who you are) get a life, a rose
by any other name doth smell as sweet.
